c) Legal protection for buyers of "off plan" properties
Investing off-plan is where a purchaser makes a commitment to buy a property from a developer that has not yet been built or is in the process of being built. This type of investment involves a number of risks, the main one being the builder going bankrupt and the buyer losing his money. We will examine the most important safeguards provided under Italian Legislation for buyers of this type of property. Special attention will be given to the issue regarding the validity of "bank guarantees”

d) Basics of Italian Inheritance Law We will highlight the main aspects of the Italian inheritance law, particularly focusing on the motivations for drafting an italian "will"
